The Right to Education Consent Agreement of 1972 provided for the establishment of a local task force in each of the 29 Intermediate Units. The primary purpose is to ensure that the intent and spirit of the Right to Education Consent Agreement is carried out throughout the Commonwealth.
We are a group of families and professionals working together to ensure the right to education for persons receiving special education services in the Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, and Northern York counties.
2024-25 Meetings
Meetings are open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend. Meetings are typically held at the Capital Area Intermediate Unit Enola Building at 55 Miller Street, Enola, PA 17025. School year 2024-25 meetings will be held via Zoom.
