School Nurses Network Sessions
When: Oct. 7, 2025; Nov. 4, 2025; Dec. 2, 2025; Feb. 3, 2026; March 3, 2026; Apr. 7, 2026; & May 5, 2026 from 12:30 - 1:30pm
The CAIU is offering a monthly opportunity for School Nurses across the region to collaborate and connect over learning opportunities, guest speakers, best practices, and case studies. All sessions are virtual and qualify for one hour of Act 48 credits. Sessions are one hour in length and provide flexibility as you continue to sustain the nurse's office in your building. School Psychologist Network Sessions
When: Oct. 14, 2025; Nov. 11, 2025; Dec. 9, 2025; Feb. 10, 2026; March 10, 2026; Apr. 14, 2026; & May 12, 2026 from 9:00 - 10:30am
The CAIU is offering a monthly opportunity for School Psychologists across the region to collaborate and connect over learning opportunities, guest speakers, best practices, and case studies. All sessions are virtual and qualify for 1.5 hours of Act 48 credit. You do NOT need to attend all sessions to register. Credit will be awarded for sessions attended. Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP)
When: Oct. 28, 2025, 9:00am - 3:30pm
Cost: $139
Participants get an overview of the LAMP treatment approach, learn why its emphasis on consistent motor plans is uniquely suited to children with autism and explore the features of AAC devices that support teaching and building language in those with autism and other developmental disabilities. Moving Forward with LAMP*
When: Oct. 29, 2025, 9:00am - 3:30pm
Cost: $165, Limit of 40 registrants
Participants get to put LAMP principles into action in this hands-on practicum with the Words for Life language system on dedicated devices and iPads. Participants will study ongoing communication assessment, AAC implementation procedures to meet individual needs, and strategies for expanding communication. *Previous attendance at LAMP Workshop (Oct. 28, above) is required to register for this course.
