Request for Proposal (RFP): Regional Wide Area Network Services

The Capital Area Intermediate Unit (CAIU) is soliciting proposals for Regional Wide Area Network (RWAN) Services, including leased lit fiber or comparable/equivalent technologies, to interconnect participating school districts to obtain broadband Internet and other technology services for the upcoming E-Rate funding cycle and beyond.  The CAIU intends to award a multi-year contract to the successful bidder.

Additionally numerous participating school districts are soliciting proposals for District Wide Area Network (WAN) Services, including leased lit fiber or comparable/equivalent technologies, to interconnect their district buildings in a network.
