The CAIU employs a certified Safe Crisis Management instructor who can provide this critical training to school district staff.

This service provides training for both initial certification (18 hours) and for recertification (5 – 6 hours) in Safe Crisis Management (SCM). SCM training provides school staff with valuable preventative skills for dealing with students with challenging behaviors. A trained staff can also insure protections against lawsuits regarding the safe handling of students.
