The Experiential Education and Learning Programs are facilitated by Capital Area Adventure Masters level staff with extensive background in both adventure and their respective professional fields including: social work, counseling, psychology, and education. The facilitator/client ratio is 1 facilitator to a maximum of 15 clients/students. Groups larger than 15 require a second facilitator.

Experiential Programs consist of a specifically designed sequence of activities coupled with discussion sessions structured to achieve planned objectives. Activities may include: Trust Building, Problem-Solving Initiatives, Low Challenge Elements, High Ropes Elements, Canoeing, Hiking/Orienteering, and/or Rappelling.
Student Programs
In addition to providing programs to classes within school districts, programs can be customized for Affective Education, Alternative Education Programs, Anti-Bullying Programs, Athletic Teams, Emotional and Behavioral Support Programs, Gifted Programs, Peer Helpers, Scouts, Student Leadership, Student Orientation, Therapeutic Youth Programs, Summer Programs, Youth Groups, and Youth Retreats.
Staff Programs
Staff programs can be customized for Administrative Teams, Coaching Staffs, Mentoring/New Teacher Induction Programs, Parent/Teacher Organization, Staff Orientations, Staff Retreats, and Student Assistance Teams.
Training Workshops in Experiential Education, Appreciative Leadership, and Adventure Based Education/Adventure Based Learning are available for teachers, coaches, counselors, social workers, psychologists, administrators, and human resource specialists.
Experiential Education and Learning Programmatic Consultation
Based on an Appreciative Leadership philosophy, individual, small group, and/or team consultation can be utilized to support Administrative Teams, Curriculum Development, Student Progress and Advocacy, Innovative Programming, Training Needs, and Positive Change.
