The CAIU retains multiple personnel who can provide direct and/or small group instruction or support to school personnel.

Direct and/or small group instruction
  • Development and implementation of IEP goals, including social goals, behavioral goals, strategies for all environments, curriculum changes and other needs as described in the IEP. Service includes observation of the students in the regular education setting
 Support to School Personnel
  • Consultation with district staff regarding classroom strategies required as per IEPs and guided practice of strategies
