The Training and Consultation staff provides professional development and consultative services to support school teams with the development of proactive district wide and school-wide behavior support systems for all students. Training and support services are designed to provide teachers with intensive and individualized behavior support strategies as well as to enhance practices of effective classroom management to raise student achievement. In addition, services are available to assist staff in assessing student behavior to plan intervention. Staff develops local capacity through professional development of general and special education teachers, administrators and paraprofessionals. Services include3 ongoing series workshops, on-site modeling, coaching and follow-up consultation.

Fee:

A fee for professional development services is dependent upon the topic being presented. A list of both fee-based and no fee is available on the CAIU website or by request.
